We are working with a hospital on a pathway for remote oncology care. Oncological treatment in the hospital with chemotherapy or immunotherapy is experienced by the patient as very intense. Intensive monitoring of the patient in the home setting and accurate information can contribute to effective and efficient oncology care. Based on side effects, interventions can be adjusted more quickly. Clinicards are being developed for this purpose to allow intensive monitoring of side effects in the home setting. Patients can set their own goals and connect with the health care provider via image calling if needed.
In addition, accurate and dosed information throughout the oncology care pathway is important.
